Yasuko Fujihira

Yasuko has worked as a chiropractor for over 15 years. She was inspired to become a Zen Breathing advisor after she discovered the method, and noticed an improvement in the stomach issues she had experienced since high school. Since 2017, Yasuko has been running Zen Breathing’s special classes that include stretching exercises.
